Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour

This mix works so well as an all-purpose flour in thickening and baking. It makes 3 cups of flour.

2 cups brown rice flour
2/3 cup potato starch (NOT potato flour)
1/3 cup tapioca starch/flour

Mix all together. It keeps longer when stored in the refrigerator.
